We at WINSON believe every good deed counts, hence to support the right to education, WINDSON distributed school uniforms free of cost to the students of Dholumbar prathmik shala, Chikhli, Gujarat.

Beti Bachao Beti Padhao

WINDSON strongly believes every girl child should have rights to basic education and that's absolutely inevitable for a healthy and progressive society. To support the cause, our MD, Shri Vinod bhai has adopted and taken the responsibility of all the education and welfare expenses of 10 aspiring girl children at Shantaba primary school, Kukeri, Navsari, Gujarat.

Tree Plantation

As a responsible corporate citizen, we have gone much beyond what is required by us by statutes. We realize the importance of sustaining our environment. For this purpose, we have lush green surrounding our production facility.

Dustbin Distribution

Contributed to Swach Bharat Abhiyan by donating dustbins and constructing fencing wall and flooring in Bamanvel village. Also constructed roof in Anganwadi, Manekpore. Likewise there are many other small contribution towards the development of society.

Employee Welfare

Sustaining the environment is important, but also to value the people that nourish the environment is equally essential. Hence we always look up to the safety performance of the employees and make sure they are rewarded and recognized for their efforts.

Vipasyana

In this restless world, mental peace has become a crucial factor. Hence Windson promotes meditation and yoga. We believe that it is our deep rooted culture and should not be disappeared. So we contribute to the development of the “Vipasyana” centre making it a better place. Also we send our employees free of cost at that centre as per their willingness for a good and healthy life.

Gandhi Jayanti

On the day of Gandhi Jayanti i.e. 2nd October 2020, Windson invited the state president of Gujarat Mr. C. R. Patil as chief guest. The program was aimed to spread awareness of “No Tobacco” Also, a vehicle was running for 8 days into all surrounding villages for spreading the message and masks were distributed to every household in all those villages.

Medical Camp

As a part of CSR and for the well being of employees, Windson arranges a medical camp every year wherein health of each and every employee of the organisation is checked closely and all concerned health reports are made.

Blanket Distribution

Distributed blankets to the needy people in the villages.

World Environment Day with GPCB

On 5th June 2020, Windson celebrated World Environment Day with Gujarat Pollution Control Board. As per GPCB norms enough plants were planted to keep the environment safe and green.
