WINDBOND®– MUF is a Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resin, specially made for Particle Board and Chip Board manufacturing. It is a thermosetting resin of low viscous and high pot life which is required for such type of work. It works well in low/high atmospheric temperature and humidity but slight adjustment in the glue formation is required. It conforms to BWP Grade particle Board Specification. also known as transparent resin , named so, for its common synthesis pathway and overall structure is a non-transparent thermosetting resin, made from urea and formaldehyde. These resins are used as Lamination of Pepper.

1. Application of Melamine Formaldehyde Resin

Melamine Urea Formaldehyde resin is often used to saturate decorative paper that is laminated under heat and pressure and then pasted onto particle board; the resulting panel is often called  TRANSPARENT and commonly used in ready-to-assemble furniture and kitchen cabinets.

3. Shelf Life

If stored in the original, unopened containers at cool and dry place MELAMINE FORMALDEHYDE RESIN has a shelf life of 10 days

4. Storage

Urea-formaldehyde resin must be stored and maintained in proper cool and dry storage condition

50 kg Carboy to 30,000 kg Tanker load, Barrel & IBC Tank.
