WINDBOND FODDER-101P is a non-toxic, non-hazardous, melamine free Urea Formaldehyde resin that radically improves the pellet binder property. It enhances aqua, poultry and cattle fodder pellet durability with low rate of addition. It provides consistent stability of Pellets and applicable for the variety of feed ingredients. Unlike other feeds, pellets containing WINDBOND FODDER 101P maintain integrity and not easily breakable.

2. INGREDIENTS AND PROPERTIES

WINDBOND FODDER-101P is a compound of polymer derived from Poly- methylcarbamate. It aids the pellet manufacturing process by forming a more durable feed by way of the formation of long and cross-linking molecular chains in condensation reaction. During the pellet processing, its unique properties assures active participation under certain heat and moisture condition.

4. MAIN APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

WINDBOND FODDER 101P are added directly into the feed mixer during standard pellet manufacturing process. 

1.0 to 7.5 Kg/per MT, based on aqua/cattle feed formulation, type of feed ingredients and processing conditions. 

For shrimp feed, use is 4-7.0 Kg per MT of feed. For fish, may be used 1.5-2.0 Kg/per MT. This low addition binder results in optimum quality feeds with higher nutritional ingredients.

5. PACKING

25 Kg packing available in HDP/PP bag with polyethylene liner.

6. HANDLING

During handling powder, it is wise to use hand gloves to avoid direct skin contact. Hands and other contact area to be washed with soap and hot water after the work.

7. STORAGE

Store in original bags in a cool and dry place to protect from heat and moisture absorption. Storage life at 25°C : 12 months.
