Employee welfare

Sustaining the environment is important, but also to value the people that nourish the environment is equally essential. Hence we always look up to the safety performance of the employees and make sure they are rewarded and recognized for their efforts.

In this restless world, mental peace has become a crucial factor. Hence Windson promotes meditation and yoga. We believe that it is our deep rooted culture and should not be disappeared. So we contribute to the development of the “Vipasyana” centre making it a better place. Also we send our employees free of cost at that centre as per their willingness for a good and healthy life.

Medical camp

As a part of CSR and for the well being of employees, Windson arranges a medical camp every year wherein health of each and every employee of the organisation is checked closely and all concerned health reports are made
